Pracchia

Pracchia is a country which stands near the river Rhine. In eras past was ancient seat of a customs between the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and the State of the Church and center of Magona Granducale. The area inhabited, crossed by rail Pistoia-Bologna finished building in 1864, became the seat until recently of an important iron whose premises were subsequently intended to host a Historical Museum. From 21 June 1926 to 30 September 1965 from Pracchia departed Railway High Pistoiese, which crossed some countries up to Mammiano. Even today we can visit the station FAP, although abandoned and in bad condition.
